For U.S. Returns & Exchanges:

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your Lime Portable, you can either set up a free exchange or return your portable within 30 days of receiving your order for a $5 flat fee. Simply email us hello@limeportable.com and we'll email you a pre-paid shipping label to send the product back to us. If returning, a $5 flat fee will be deducted from your refunded amount. For any exchanges or returns, the portable must be in the original new condition. $5 flat fee returns are U.S. only.

We stand behind our products 100%. So if something is wrong we will make it right. Just email us hello@limeportable.com... It's that simple.
